William S. Leib, Sr.
 As Managing Director, Mr. Leib works directly with business owners who are transitioning
their companies. He understands the challenges of owning and managing a business,
and the demands unique to a successful exit.His view of the mergers and acquisitions process is quite informed. He has been
on both sides of the table and understands the complexities, opportunities, and
pressures involved with each.
With a background that includes the analysis of thousands of businesses, Mr.
Leib can effectively assist business owners in determining the marketability of
their companies. He can help business owners view their entities through the eyes
of a buyer, the critical first stage in the process of selling. Those skills led
to his full or partial purchase of fifty-five companies for both his corporate
and personal accounts.
His ownership of a mergers and acquisitions firm led to his current involvement
with business owners seeking a transaction. He has now successfully advised over
one thousand owners in the evaluation of their middle-market businesses. Mr. Leib
has initiated over nine billion dollars in current or completed transactions.
Prior to his ownership of his concerns, Mr. Leib has held senior positions with
IBM, Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup.
